Hair is probably the thing i have most trouble with. On one i;m working on now i just did the hair and i really thought i was doing a terrible job, though i's turned out alright i guess.
I worked from light to dark on that, but i think i generally just start with whatever there's more of. I generally always do the little highlights before anything else though. I dunno why but it kind of makes it easier for me when i can flow everything from them.
